Marlee goes home...

Today was a great day. Today Marlee went home with Mommy and Daddy. It was cold and wet, and from what I can gather, Marlee doesn't like the car seat too much. That's ok though, she'll have plenty of time to get used to it!

I have to say... being a "grandpa" isn't all that bad! I couldn't imagine life to be any better right now.

We've waited so long, only nine months in fact

We really have loved the way your mommy reacts

Huffing and puffing she loved every minute of it.

Watching her giggle and groan with motherly fits.

I remember her then, so many years gone

A small little princess with a big smile that shone

Now she's a mommy and we are so proud

I am so happy, I would scream it out loud (wait for it)

I can hardly wait for my turn to hold you.

I'm so happy and excited I really can't sit still
